Welcome to Daubeney Middle School

It is with great pride that we welcome you to Daubeney’s website. We place great importance on our contacts and partnership with parents, as together we can make a positive difference to a child’s development, and our website is one of a number of avenues of communication.

Daubeney is a purpose-built Middle School, for pupils aged 9 to 13, and our accommodation includes a well stocked Library; ICT suites; Sport hall; Music room (with a suite of practice rooms); two Science laboratories and dedicated Art, Design and Food and Fabrics rooms.

We aim to provide a caring, secure and supportive environment with emphasis on encouragement and praise, offering all of our pupils the opportunity to grow and develop into successful young adults.

We give all pupils opportunities, both social and educational, that extend beyond the classroom. We do this because we know that such activities aid their development as well as being enjoyable in their own right. It is always pleasing to note the large number of our pupils who take up these extra activities, and to see the enjoyment they gain from them.

Daubeney is part of the Kempston Education Trust, working to support pupils throughout Kempston.
